Help with vaal stormcall scion. Is it still possible?

Recent came back to poe and above is my current PoB. I had it copying the 3.19 vaal storm call build but they removed some flask effect or something and now the build is bricked. Is there a way to fix it and sort of match the 3.19 versions dmg/tankiness? Would love some insight or PoBs! Last bumped on Dec 6, 2023, 2:31:12 PM
