Lag issues / Possible Server around Turkey (Türkiye)

Hi, I have been playing POE for quite a long time and lately I have been having a lot of lag issues and I saw a lot of people having the same problem on the internet, especially on the EU servers.

Even when there are no lag problems we (Turkish players) have access to the servers with more than 40-50ms. There are a lot of players coming from Diablo I am not sure but that may be one of the reasons for this lag issue. If you are planning to open more servers can you please consider opening one in (or close to) Turkey so we can also have a good enough connection to the game.

I also have 2 more feedback about lag issues

1) the lag is very different according to where you are in the game. It changes a lot in the map or in the hideout. I go in a map and I have 70 ms. I finish it and come back to the hideout and have 300-400 ms. I go in another map and have like 10000 to 20000 ms. come back to hideout and see 300-400 ms go in to another map and have 70 ms. This happens from time to time

2) the lag is different according to which client I play the game from. I downloaded both from Epic and Steam and if the game is too laggy on Steam. I exit and play from Epic It's still laggy but more stable and playable

Problem is some kind of routing problem, it is not about server qualities. I don't know the deep technical reasons.

I am from Turkey/Istanbul.
I've been having trouble playing games due to high ping for a while. I bought Exitlag. but it caused my account to be temporarily locked because I was using exitlag. so I'm afraid to use it. I don't understand the lack of a server in Turkey, which is at a point that can serve many countries.
