High ping when changing instances

I get randomly high ping when I change instances. To fix I reenter instance until normal ping occurs. I though this problem only happens Europe evenings. Now It is a constant problem that eating my map portals. What is this? Is it from my end?

Try changing realms. I.e. I live in Frankfurt, but I play on Amsterdam most days

Sounds more like a local problem then, because Amsterdam is very stable

case closed. It is just about realms. Related to day time and league stage some realms are better and never do weird ping stuff.
