Transfigured Gems - Eternal Labyrinth

I have a question regarding the wording in the patch notes.

"

The Divine Font at the end of the Eternal Labyrinth is now a gem crafting device that can modify your skill and support gems by turning them into Transfigured Gems, add Quality or Experience to Gems, or sacrifice a Gem for one or more Treasure Keys to open Izaro's Chests.

In the game at the "Labyrinth Activation Device" the Labyrinth is separated in four different areas.
The Labyrinth, The Cruel Labyrinth, The Merciless Labyrinth and The Eternal Labyrinth.
For me the wording implies that the Transfigured Gems can only obtained in the Level 75 "Uber" version of the Labyrinth.

If that is true will there be a Divine Font with a different function in the lower level versions of the Labyrinth?

Per Mark on the Q&A video that is incorrect. All four labs will allow you to get the new gems. So I can only conclude the patch notes misworded it.
