Question about falling Zombies

Yup, that as well. But it wont summon zombie to fight for you, it doesnt have HP etc.As soon Zombie touches the ground, it dies.

You don't know that. We haven't gotten ahold of the skill yet.

Remember - it's a modified version of Raise Zombie. Transfigured gem, not "brand new skill." I would find it quite probable it does summon a minion which falls and explodes, and likely-but-not-guaranteed it borrows from Corpse Explosion and deals damage relative to the summoned minion's life, affected by minion damage modifiers.

What's of keen interest to me is whether the raised minion counts as a zombie for the purpose of Mon'Tregul's Grasp, and if the kersplatoboom counts as a hit from the zombie for the purposes of triggering Mon'tregul's Grasp's sizeable damage bonuses and enemy explosion chance. The "fifty percent less zombies" drawback on Mon'Tregul's grasp means nothing if you're just dropping orbital zombombs that aren't intended to persist anyways. Could be an amusing budget build, provided Raise Zombie of Falling doesn't cost ten gorrillion divines because of Streamer Memes.

In fact I do because they literally shown the skill on the stream.
we have full gem info :D like wtf we dont know

According to the stream at least, instability should be in full effect

Doesn't instability only trigger when minion dies while at low life? Going from full life to dead in a single hit shouldn't proc instability.
The real question is whether there's mtx that turns zombies into the d2 fetish people? That'd be impossible to resist, no matter the mechanics.

I hope they will give us MTX that changes Zombies to dropbears so I can embrace full aussie meme.
I'm curious what the base damage will be. You are essentially having a .75s cast time for a single delayed hit, and their base attack damage isn't nearly enough to justify that. You will "raise" the zombie mid air, then the zombie will use a falling attack.
For the cast time you can somewhat sidestep it with unleash (this can be done with akunas's will as well). If it actually works with MI it could be pretty potent for sure.
Does anyone know if minion instability will proc if you raise a zombie while at zombie cap and if those zombies had more than 33% HP?
I'm pretty sure that when you have max zombies and summon another one, the oldest one just disappears and will not proc Minion Instability.
Skill functions and interactions
Unlike the original skill, this transfigured version does not require a corpse, and the minion is instantly killed upon hitting the ground. Zombies dying this way trigger on-death effects like Siegebreaker.

It cannot trigger Minion Instability, as the minion does not have a chance to reach low life.

When the zombie hits the ground and deals area damage, the minion deals an attack hit that is 2.5x the damage of a regular zombie melee attack.[1]

There is no maximum minion limit for the number of falling zombies that can be summoned, but lowering the maximum zombie limit to zero (e.g. via dual-wielding Mon'tregul's Grasps) will prevent the player from being able to summon zombies at all.
