It is 1 "server side" action. Everything that happens on your keyboard (i.e. enter > message > enter) constitutes 1 server side action per GGG, but it can only perform a single task as well.

You cannot create a skill (to include flasks) macro that activates multiple abilities with a single click, even if one of them are instant. Prior to flask enchantments some people would (this is bannable) create a macro to spam all flasks in 1 click.

Things like automated fast clicking are bannable. However, you can bind left click to a scroll wheel IF the scroll wheel has a lock on it. Freely spinning scroll wheels cannot be bound.

WoW this literally just popped on my YT shorts feed, came here for the answer cause the second it kicked off i thought it was banable. It 100% seems to automate clicks because looking at the UI in the short it permits selection of wanted outcome and then you set it up to go until it hits the desired {set parameter} result. It looks to have a very detailed UX and is set for 3.24.
