How to get 3 blue and 1 red socket on an evasion helmet

What is the cheapest way to get 3 blue and 1 red sockets on an evasion helmet? On Crafting Bench I tried spamming "At Least Two Blue and One Red Socket" 5 times; result: the fourth socket was always green... Thank you very much! Last bumped on Nov 26, 2023, 4:19:48 PM
