" Yes, this is clearly a conceptual bug for me. Because it says one thing, but in some cases it's another thing. And so many people here trying to convince me that it's fine. It's not fine. But I understand that PoE has huge legacy, which is really hard to maintain. I report about what concerns me. There's other players to report about their concerns. Maybe one day devs will find time to maintain some of those aspects of game integrity. |

It's always worked this way. For example, Iron Reflexes - introduced in version 0.9.4 (December 1, 2011 - long enough?), and a bugfix in 0.9.12 - "Prevented the passives that add both Armor and Evasion from having a double effect if you have the Iron Reflexes keystone".

Right across, on other side, we have Shadow (dual stat class of DEX/INT). Near it's starting point we have 4 two lined attack and cast speed passives. So, what's the difference? |
