Flask "Increased EffectS" apply to each other?

(I've not been able to find this addressed in the wiki or forum posts...)

say I have a diamond flask "100% inc crit" with enchantment "65% inc effect" and prefix "25% inc effect" (disregarding reduced duration for this example).

now if my understanding is correct, both increases will affect(increase) the implicit and the suffix, but how they affect each other? additively? multiplicatively? (I suspect the former, because the latter could cause some tricky looping?)

would I end up with "190% inc crit"?

Additively. You can always use PoB to check such things by the way (just make the flask in PoB and hover over it).
