Atlas tree not working as intended

I have ritual blocked on atlas tree. At 7:55 pm I entered a dunes with ritual inside. This is also happening with several other nodes on the tree. The Alva nodes are especially bugged. The 50% upgrade when switching rooms is only occurring about 5% of the time.

Did you run a mission with Kirac? He ignores your atlas tree.
Did you check the map for special implicits? Shadow Shaping, Kirac bought maps, and a few other sources can drop maps with implicits that guarantee Ritual, bypassing the block node.
Are you running Ritual via map device craft or Fortune Favor that can RNG into forcing Ritual?

What is your testing pool for the 5%? I've ran it a handful of times and it was noticeable to me.

Just to make sure, you didn't spec into Wandering Path right?
