Isla's Prototypes -- Isla is bugged and will not progress quest

After completing the 'Isla's Prototypes' quest, Isla will not accept the Pile of Inexplicable Junk, making it impossible to complete the quest. Dropping the Pile in a map makes it disappear, but it will appear in a later Smuggler's Cache. Running the heist again will result in the same issue.

Don't leave the quest contract before it's completed (for a trade or something else)

This might be the same issue some people have reported with not being able to get the reward from Kirai's quest, where running the unique contract before unlocking it seems to interfere with turning in other quests in the chain?
