Singapore Servers Lag Spikes in random areas. Wondering if its only me.. Question

Ever since the latest patch, I've been experiencing v random latency spikes in different zones..
- sometimes hideout will spike while the map i'm doing won't.
- sometimes hideout is ok but a random map will.
There is no logical pattern to which instance may spike or not... i leveled a character during this period and i spiked at different zones.

If its my ISP issue, i would be spiking everywhere right? but the randomness of it all is puzzling.

Stays in SG and using SG server.
ISP: M1

I'm on the London server and the game is unplayable, going through campaign and some areas a normal (7-8ms) then other areas spike to 2.5kms or higher, porting to town and back sometimes fixes it but it seems to be getting worse.

Can't imagine how bad it would be at league launch, well it's unplayable now.
I am experience the same as of November 18, 2023 10:29 PM Cebu Time
Is this just on the shifting stones event or are people experiencing this no matter what?
Hi, still same issue, even the trade and forum is noticeably slow

I already called my ISP and tested different ISP sitll same
Same issues here, pretty much started when Blast from the Past event started. Really hope this gets resolved before league start. :(
I'm experiencing the same issues for almost a week now. Most location latency at 180-200ms but rarely at 12-15ms (used to this on all location previously).

Any contents almost unplayable now Mapping / TOTA / Sanctum

Edit: 36351.sgw.equinix.com seems to be the main problem

Try this, i found on a forum here from someone earlier. it worked for me at least for this 1 hour in the morning. im still monitoring.. please do give a reply post let me know if it helps as i want to know what is wrong

QUOTE Draroth:

"Hey guys,

i had the same Issues, for me the following helped:

1. Change DNS to 8.8.8.8 (google dns server)
2. activated IPv6
3. (in CMD wiht Admin rights) ipconfig /flushdns
4. (in CMD with Admin rights) netsh winsock reset catalog
5. Restart PC

would be nice to know if that helps someone

best regards

Edit: did not fix it 100%
but it is less frequent for me now

Edit2: switcht now in game Option-> Game -> Networking Mode to Predictive and now all almost all spikes are gone"

it helped! Not sure why but I havent been using google's dns since forever but the reset winsock helped and I am back to normal ping with the "occassional sluggishness (moving in mud kinda feeling)". But at least the game's playable atm...
