With PoE 2 being separate...what's the solution for PoE1 Campaign?

Chris Wilson did a lot of Q and A's and now none of his answer are actually answers.

What does that mean for campiagn?

What do you mean, a solution? As far as I know, it will continue to exist, and continue to be the only option for the start of a character in PoE1.

maybe he means whether poe1 will be further developed?
because it's definitely r.i.p.
Even if the servers remain online, there will be hardly any players. because new content = life.
and they want to sell content for D4 players.

What I mean is that in interviews when people asked about a leveling solution to skip campaign his response was something along the line of “we made this campaign a long time ago and the PoE2 campaign should really take care of the problem people have with how boring the current campaign system is because it’s being made by genuine experts”

Well that’s been the response since 2019 and as we know now PoE2 is a separate game so all the responses we’ve been given about fixes for things like the campaign no longer hold water.

You can expect the solution to be "the will be no solution". POE1 won't be available for long after POE2 is released, no point fixing that issue with that in mind.
