[Question] Crafting a Scepter for RF

Hi,

I have the scepter shown below and what I would like is to remove the "increased physical damage" mod.

The only way I found to avoid removing all spell skill gems, is to craft "cannot roll caster" and anul with 1/3 chance of hitting phys damage, 1/3 cannot roll caster and 1/3 of losssing the burning damage.

Any option to improve the 33%?

Not a cost effective one, no.

Doesn't need to be a cost effective.

Hinekora's Lock is the only way to get better odds. I don't think you want to spend that.
