Slayer frenzy and endurance charge help

Hello, I have only a few questions I'd like to have help with:

Are the notables Disciple of the Slaughter and Unyielding worth getting if you're stacking frenzy and endurance charges as a Slayer? How often do you like to use those?

I myself think that some of the passives leading up to these two are of dubious effectiveness.

Stun Duration per Endurance Charge, for example. And of course, Area of Effect per Endurance charge is of no use if I don't use AoE gems.

I like the 8% increased damage per charge that they give, though.

All of the Disciple nodes are very nice for charge stacking builds, but the nodes leading up the Slaughter are much more enticing.
