Good mods, modifiers, two-handed swords

What are the good modifiers?
For example, for Two-handed swords.

I have opened https://poedb.tw/us/Modifiers , then
https://poedb.tw/us/Two_Hand_Swords#ModifiersCalc
then clicked on each and every affix row (excluding Shaper...Warlord and Bench...Bestiary), copied and pasted every modifier, then tried to sort them.
In descending order, by "usefulness" (="goodness").

Note: Some modifiers, for example Heavy, can be offending (because prevents benchcrafting high mods of that sort) when you play the ene-endgame. But, for now, let's consider the levelling phase too. (One can add later "HasExplicitMod =0 Heavy" rows to filter out unwanted mods.)

So, does the following list represent well the "goodness" of the mods? Please correct it - where it needs. The first number is the mod-enabling (minimal) itemlevel.

The '#' can act as a slider. If I move it to the right then my filter will show more items. If I move it to the left, my item filter will show less items.
You can also duplicate the rule and give "HasExplicitMod >=2", "HasExplicitMod >=3" etc.

craftofexile's Affinities tab collates data from poeninja, and you can see the actual usage rates (roughly equivalent to the usefulness rates) from people (from last league). From this I would suggest, specifically for 2H swords, that the ele damage mods be moved much lower down.
