Does Uber Hillock only spawn once per character?

Still, even Charan created that unique, his wording state you can by bug exploit.

So that i am still waiting insane people to farm another 7 hour per character to wait for the second boss, or just make it done when you already farmed 28 hours in a 4 characters rotation, and have 4 swords already

so i can't say with 100% certainty you can only get one per character but i can however speak with great confidence that there's a lock somewhere and it's entirely unlikely that you can.

a few seasons ago i farmed one up, i decided i wanted a second for gem swap/corruption gamble so used the remaining character rotations to get another.

on dropping the second i realised i had all this time invested into another 2 spares that i may as well finish their journey and get another pair for selling.

so i continued to rotate the spare 2 and to make the runs more practical i made yet again 2 more spares for rotation.

i dropped another third one many hours later on one of the first set of creations and just kept rotating till the final fourth one would pop(by this time i'd had enough so definitely the final grind for that season).

it was many more hours rotation later for the fourth and the guy carrying #3 had done several hours of grind carrying one(to the point it had gotten close to hitting around level 10 or 11 i think).

TLDR : My anecdotal evidence suggests it's only one per character creation and anything happening other than that would be entirely unintended.
