Highlight items search box

Dont know if this has been suggested or not , but why not add a small cehck box next to the highlight items search box ?

EX :
I just crafted a large cluster jewel and i was searching for fan of blades , why when i type in highlight search box " fan of blades " dont i have the option to lock it . Meaning that when i ALT spam the cluster jewel , if i get fan of blades i cant click it anymore with my ALT and prevent rerolling the mod ? this option would be easy to implement and would help alot , since crafts like this can easily take thousands of ALT's ..... By making it an optional check box next to the search bar , you also give the people the option to not use this feature if they dont want to.

I can take this even further , in this crafting that i just did i was searching for fan of blades or feed the fury , so with this locking check box , i could type in the search bar fan of blades and feed the fury and the game would prevent me from rerolling over either of these 2 mods .
