MTX Waypoints & Multiple hideout decorations

So waypoints are now a cosmetic item, and several copies were given out in lootboxes.

Presently the only place we can view them is our hideouts.

Some requests to address the idea of having several dozen of these now:

1) Let us set these custom waypoints as our personal waypoint in towns and while doing campaign and even let us set it randomly similar to how we can do with portals.

2) Let us set up multiple waypoints in our hideouts that let us exit from them while setting a primary entry one.

3) Let us set the primary waypoint, and all other waypoints return to that waypoint or have a hideout waypoint system we can setup different from the one way teleporter mtx.

4) Let us use the extra waypoints as one way portals / warp portals.
