Audio devices not updating while the game is already open

When you connect a bluetooth headphone with the path of exile already open it's unable to update the device list with the new one, so you must close and reopen and it works properly witch is very inconvenient. This is a very old problem that i've seem many other players also struggling with, also i've never ever seem another game present this problem poe is the only game that does not update the devices on the fly.
