Feature Request: Event Notice Board Hideout MTX

I would be happy to pay for an Event Notice Board MTX in my hideout!

I am going back over a few of my past feature requests, and tagging some of them which look easy to implement - this caught my eye as something that a few of us would happily pay for and is probably pretty easy to add to the store.

I am the wacko who bought a pile of mannequins, light switches, triggers, display cases and atlas tables - I love interactive elements in the hideouts.
