Random Disconnections, Portals all lost

Been happening to me only the past 2 days. I've been playing pretty regularly since the league reset.

What is happening and what can be done to prevent it?

For context I am running low density (40% quant +20% chisel), 15-20% pack size blight+abyss to get experience for 99->100 push.

Tend to disconnect after Blight triggered or Abyss triggered after doing a couple of them in the map. Then logging back in, all portals are deleted/gone.

Crash and losing the portals together means the server instance for your map crashed. If there is some pattern to that like when you use a certain skill then reporting it might help. Causes of these instant crashes are fixed when GGG knows them so feedback can help.
