[Xbox] Attached cosmetic helmet does not appear on character when applied.

Recently (Oct 18th) I acquired the cosmetic Arcane Halo and Mageguard Armor Pack, when trying to equip the Arcane Halo it does not appear in the character, however it is equipped in the cosmetics tab.

Even without equipment or cosmetics, Arcane Halo does not appear on my character's head. I play on an Xbox one and this is the only comic I own that has this problem.
