Missing ES in Heist

Every time i start a heist contract my ES isn't full. I have to turn off discpline an activate it again.

From my understanding, it's related to Ghost Dance and Grace. Before you enter the zone your Grace is disabled in the Harbour so your ES is essentially capped at your non-Grace evasion.

Has to be that , but if i travel from town to my hideout it doesn't happen.
