Has anyone figured out why Replica Dragonfang's Flight dislikes Cyclone?

I tried to look through the forums on this and a little google/wikipedia expert searching and I can't find anything but it doesn't have a cyclone mod or at least I can't find one that does.

I'm sure there is a reason but I'm curious as to why they wouldn't put it in. If anyone knows, please share.
