Skills used by totems/traps/mines are not cast yourself, so this doesn't apply to SWT.

Brands have "Increases and Reductions to Cast Speed also apply to this Skill's Activation frequency" line. Fanaticism grants more Cast Speed, also doesn't apply. It helps you cast (create) brands faster though. Two other bonuses apply to brands.

Any regular spell that doesn't involve separate entities to cast.
