You should check the front page for other posts similar to your before posting. It can save a lot of time. Some of the other posts can explain the situation and how to resolve it.

Long story short, they have a bug in their spambot detection system and it is sometimes catching some people who are innocent. Best way to get the mute removed is to just contact support directly by sending an email to the address listed in the Contact Support link at the top of the page.

Mutes and any other account-specific problems can only be helped by actual GGG staff, and while they come around here on occasion, the best way to get to them both in terms of speed and efficiency is to just email them. Everyone else around here are just normal users (like myself) that cannot do anything with your account.

So in the future if you have any account issues, you're better off just emailing them or contacting them directly through the Contact Support link. For any other issues, feel free to come around here and ask... although I recommend at least doing a quick search to see if your problem has already been asked and resolved. Saves everyone time (including yourself believe it or not).
