Adding synthesized map to map stash tab made the map stash tab go blank

I ctrl-clicked on a synthesized map that was in my inventory thinking it would be sent to my map stash tab. Unfortunately it made my map stash tab go blank except for 1 level 16 map. My map stash tab has no sub tabs showing levels 1-16, uniques, etc.

First time I've posted and do not know how to paste in the screenshot. I've got it saved and will review the forum posts to figure how to do this - thank you.

A simple exit and log back in fixed this...case closed! (and...synthesized map was deposited in the unique tab as expected)
