Abyss - Stygian Spire Improvements
Stygian Spire > Pit spawn problem
Hi, i like to play with Abyss in Maps, espeacialy for grinding xp. You must set alot of Atlas passive tree points for that to get it. In this example i play with a totem dot chaos build and my goal is to get the longest abyss with alot of pits and finaly the Stygian Spire. As well as good... I like the Idear that the stygian spire spawns alot of pits in the final phase to get the maximum of monsters for loot and xp. That feels great if you set all the Atlas tree points for that! Thanks! My poblem with that: In many situations in the game where a "point in situation" spawns alot of stuff there is some kind of invulnerability of that enemy typ (eg. Harbinger) to guarantee the full spawn rate. For the stygian spire exact this situation is missing. If i set my totems on place, they shoot at the stygian spire and kill them BEFORE they can spawn the final phase of pits. That´s very frustrating because you invest alot of play time in maps to follow the pits and atlas skill points to get the full juice and than it´s not possible to get the final phase with all pits. The solution could be the give the stygian spire a invulnerability or short time to guarantee the full spawn of pits instead of defeating him within seconds. In my situation i don´t can get the full potential because the stygian spire start to spawn the pits until you reach a breakpoint of stygian spire HP. With dot build it´s not possible to stop the dot damage.
