Consistent unplayable latency/lag spikes.

Hello,
So every evening without fail I am unable to play poe with ping spiking constantly from anywhere between 30 and 1k ms. It happens every evening with fail.

Poe is the only thing that is affected by this, any other game is completely fine - I have tried resetting my router, I am directly connected to it with a cable. The really odd thing as well is that people in my instance are unaffected by it, i've invited my friends multiple times to my party and they have no problems in the zone.

Ive also contacted my ISP about this and they'ce found no issue on their end. This first started happening about 2 weeks ago and has since been going on every night. Before this time I have never any network problems and was able to play just fine.
