I figured out why people were crashing in my instances. My glove enchantment was "Commandment of the Grave" from eternal labyrinth, which would summon some entities on kill. This is what was causing everyone to crash. I changed my enchant and the crashing stopped. Our problem was my partner's enchant of glove. She removed the enchantment on the glove and it no longer CTDs.
