Domain of Timeless Conflict *No* Loot/Unlock during Untimely D/C

My ISP cratered for about 20 seconds as I had ~10second on my domain of timeless conflict timer for 5 way map device unlock. Came up not long after and I entered my hideout with an intact instance down 1 portal, when I entered there was no loot, and no enemies, as it didn't trigger the loot tiles but the timer ran out.

Additionally my map device upgrade did not trigger.

If you aren't in the zone when loot is dropped you don't get any credit.
