Endless Conflict Timeless jewels never drop

There seems to be a bug. I have done maybe 5 or 6 endless conflict with 5 emblems and not one timeless jewel has dropped. I have verified with filter off and there is just none dropping. I know they do not always drop but 5 times there is something wrong.
