Sextant Mysterious Harbinger and Mausoleum Map

When using the sextant "Map bosses are accompanied by a mysterious harbinger" none shows up at all.

Edit: This only happened to me on the map Mausoleum for Tolman so far. Other maps do spawn a Mmysterious Harbinger next to the boss.
