Cannot buy Points

Hello,

My issue with buying points is, I was proceeding as alwaysm, paying with paypal, added funds to the steam account. Normally it should withdraw the 8,8euro from my steam wallet but it tells me to update my adress information. When I click on update information it doesn't let me fill in anything and also it's mastercard only suddenly i can't change the payment option please help.
