Tukohama's Tooth Stuck in inventory

I am now in Act 9 and i have had Tukohama's Tooth stuck in inventory since like act 5, i Went back through all the acts and talked to the NPC's trying to get rid of it but i can't shake this thing. Long time player and haven't ever had this issue before.

That's one of the three items you need for the Kitava's Torments quest in act 5.
Return to the Reliquary and get the other two, because this is one of the quests that rewards a skill point. |
