Bone crypt map challenge not working!

Bone crypt map challenge (kill boss of magic or higher version of this map) is not working! i finished the Bone crypt map (magic) 3 times and (rare) 1 times and yet it didnt give me the bonus check mark on Atlas map! i'm sure i fully finished the map 0 monsters left map completed i killed the boss too still not working! no progress on atlas map!
