The dog from the latest supporter packs? There are commands that you can bind to your skill bar - click on your left mouse button/move key to bring up the box with all of your skills, the dog ones are there. Assign them a key, just as you would with a normal skill.

out of topic but why do you have instilling orb enchants on your flasks when you have mageblood?
