Account banned by an administrator for no reason

Been playing this game since league start and clocked in almost 700 hours played time. Spent 220$ on supporter packs because I loved the game. Just like OP, I got falsely banned for
" I started playing this game at season start with a couple of friends from Diablo4. We were previously in a guild together in D4 so we thought of making one here and playing together and we told ourselves that we would share our loot which was acquired while playing together as a group as we saw this the only fair way of dividing the loot and being able to play together as friends. Woke up September 27th with my account banned. Why? Because I enjoyed this game and played a lot? Why? Because I decided to sell 40 orbs of regret for 20c to my guild member? Why? Because I boss rushed in the same map over 300 times? GGG is falsely accusing me of "botting". Also I have no idea how I can bot, but not bot, just by playing game (maybe excessively, which has nothing to do with GGG)? So how can we consumers trust GGG? Will it happen to my next account after I'm 500$ in and 3k hours? Or will it happen after I'm playing for 7 years? I feel extremely disappointed and scammed out of my money and most importantly time. Time to move on and play another games buddy . If they banned you base on coded graph built-in game and general bot/cheat assumption logical then nothing cant assure you wont get banned the second time if you play them same way you played FOR YEARS . They dont seem like they have any real sense and brain anylyze logical at all when they ban someone , they open your character's graph > see something funny > jumping for bot/cheat conclusion > ban activated

See i dont invest much in it around 7 years and 30$ but my main point is the way they did it so frustrating . If i did cheat/bot or funny stuff , i just leave it then go for another account , its easy . But what angers me is the way they handle the situation like never before MISTAKELY BANNED AND JUMPING TO CONCLUSION , real professiinal |

May i ask if you guys got any other answer than "create a new account" ? Same thing happened to me this morning. I got banned by an administrator for no reason after 7 years. I did not rmt, or harass anyone. I'm just using same software as everyone, poetrade companion, awakened poe trade and a "clic" macro on my razer mouse. |

I found out that it was because i took out some chaos in guild share tab as " newbie " support that was involved in RMT but i had no idea that was involve in RMT . So GGG sweeped whole guild and ban the whole or maybe your marco on mouse i guess so it come down to possibly 2 reason

I got the classical "Your account was banned for breaching Section 7 of our Terms of Use" which i did not after reading the whome section. Anyway you cannot discuss aything with them, once you are ""reviewed"" (lemme doubt about their reviews), final whistle. Done. Banned. Time to move on, 7 years old account lost with thousand and thousand of dollars in mTX is the most traumatic thing i've never experiment in my gaming life. Stay strong lads. |

I got the same problem on my account Elvensleep they banned me for no reason and after providing all the information they asked for they dont reply anymore :(
