Omniscient Voidstone missing from Atlas slot after logging in

I'm not sure what happened, but I logged in today and after a few maps got to Eater of Worlds and obtained my second voidstone, but when I went to socket it into my Atlas I noticed my Searing Exarch voidstone wasn't there. It says that they are both obtained as well. I have talked to Kirac after seeing that he is supposed to return lost ones but wasn't able to find any way to get it back. Any advice?

Is it in the little voidstone storage slots under your favorite maps?
