Divine Orb + Replica Dragonfang's Flight Onyx Amulet

Per divine orb it suppose to Randomises the numeric values of the random modifiers on an item.
Didn't know that would also randomize the skill itself to a different skill. Completely ruined my amulet into junk. If this is the desired outcome perhaps change the wording on the divine orb to something like "rerolls modifiers values within their existing tier" would be better, less misleading that it just limited to numeric values.
