breaching terms of use

Hi there, I got banned few days ago. The reason is breach of section 7 of the Terms of Use. Can someone explain me what i did wrong?I rly love poe especially trading part of this game, but now i cant play the game and dont know why. I emailed to support and they said "sorry but your ban appeal has been unsuccessful. You’re welcome to create a new account should you wish to continue playing, but please ensure that you read and follow our Terms of Use carefully in future.".I used some addons to poe like years (acc was 6 y.o.) is it because of one of them?I used Awakened PoE trade macro, Poe trade companion, discord, browser, some stuff like G Hub, HYPERX NGENUITY and nvidia geforce experience. Also i used left click bind on mouse wheel to trade cheap stuff like alts. Is smth of this stuff illegal and worse then rmt or botting? No chace to apeal for some reason.

Like i said i already emailed. And that 's what they said:

What should I do? Am i bad destructive player worse then RMT botting/scam botting guys? What should I change in my gameplay? Or better save other players from me and delete the game?

you likely know what you were doing, and telling you what specifically tipped them off allows not only you but others the chance to hide what they are doing...so no, you won't get an answer past section 7.
If you have appealed and they have upheld the ban it's because they are pretty damn certain that you were breaking the ToS, if they were not certain then they would have unbanned you then monitored you for a while.

Been playing this game since league start and clocked in almost 700 hours played time. Spent 220$ on supporter packs because I loved the game. Just like OP, I got falsely banned for

I started playing this game at season start with a couple of friends from Diablo4. We were previously in a guild together in D4 so we thought of making one here and playing together and we told ourselves that we would share our loot which was acquired while playing together as a group as we saw this the only fair way of dividing the loot and being able to play together as friends.

Woke up September 27th with my account banned. Why? Because I enjoyed this game and played a lot? Why? Because I decided to sell 40 orbs of regret for 20c to my guild member? Why? Because I boss rushed in the same map over 300 times?

GGG is falsely accusing me of "botting". Also I have no idea how I can bot, but not bot, just by playing game (maybe excessively, which has nothing to do with GGG)? So how can we consumers trust GGG? Will it happen to my next account after I'm 500$ in and 3k hours? Or will it happen after I'm playing for 7 years?

I feel extremely disappointed and scammed out of my money and most importantly time.
