Glimpse of Chaos turns into uninfluenced rares despite having influenced mods

Since last league, when Glimpse of Chaos is turned into a rare item using a Vaal Orb, it appears to be able to turn into a corrupted rare item without any influences, but can still randomly roll influenced modifiers on corruption.
