manaforged arrows setup issue (solved)

i have another character this league with deadeye not having this issue. with lightning arrow + storm rain in manaforged arrows

I am playing toxic rain on pathfinder toxic rain main + caustic arrow on manaforged arrows , i also have frenzy and ensnaring arrows on another manaforged setup

I have checked if i was getting stunned -- i am not getting stunned and even if i do i have stun recovery jewel and my stun duration is 0.05 seconds. and pantheon " cannot be stunned for 2 seconds ...... ".

i am not running out of mana,

my manaforged arrow setups cost 0 mana and toxic rain cost me 2 mana .


i see that suddenly when sometimes fighting a tougher enemy the manaforged arrows setup doesn't seem to work and also i see that my attack speed is also slow when this happens. i see that i do not have " slowed" debuf or anything on me.

P.S i have played multiple manaforged arrow setups last league and this league

solved , sometimes my toxic rain was not costing me mana and hence manaforged arrows were not firing

this will be off-topic but you shouldn't use mirage archer with caustic arrow, it's pointless
