Latency Spike makes the game unplayable

Hi there,

For a few days I am experiencing huge latency spikes. Playing from France, I usually have between 15 and 25 ping, depending on the server (Paris, London, Franckfurt).
I have optic fiber internet, and I can play any video game without lag or latency (CS, LoL,...); I also have tested my connexion with speedtest, and I have good internet.
But PoE is unplayable for the last 2 days at least. I have tried a lot:
- reinstalling the game
- changing server
- changing connexion mode (lockstep, predictive or default)
- verifying game integrity through steam
- disabling all my MTX
- changing video settings
- resetting my internet box

I don't understand why this happens or how to fix this, but please can you help me ? I am an avid PoE supporter, and I just want to play the game i love !

I have the same spike of latency since yesterday. I am also from France.

Also lagging.. Am in denmark and tryed switching server.. Normal i am on frankfurt or amsterdam.. But i am lagging even in the start menu and charactor selection area,..

also tryed dx 11 and 12 and vulcan... no difference in lagging.

I'm from Germany and I have the same issues. It can't be on my end because literally every other game works perfectly fine and I tried out all the gateways in europe, but there are frequent lag spikes everywhere and it makes it unplayable
