ordering and naming stash tabs in standard for future leagues

hi, i have a question regarding stash tabs.

i heard that if you order your stash tabs in standard, standard-ssf, standard-hc and standard-hc-ssf, when you make a character in any of the corresponding modes in a new league, your stash tabs have the same naming and order as in standard, right?

my question is: if i make a character lets say in standard-hardcore-ssf with the only purpose of ordering the tabs, and i order my tabs, can i delete that character afterwards? like the stash tabs order and naming will be saved even if i delete all characters?

Yes it is true that the order of stash tabs from the parent league applies to the new league.
Yes, the stash tab order will not change if you delete the character.
