Question about the ench belt.

Anyone knows if the enchant for the belt, where Enemies withered by you have -6 to all resistances includes chaos resistance too? Cannot find anything online that is trustworthy and ggg does not seem to have any intention to help people to learn.

It is one of the few things in the game that says all resistances instead of all elemental resistances. So yes it will lower chaos res.
