Pride gem is broken

Every time I change zones pride will show it's active on the skill bar and the mana will be reserved but if I press it again, it will play the animation, show the internal cooldown on the skill bar but still display as active while still reserving the mana. Once you press it a second time it will turn off and unreserve the mana.
This also happens if I socket it in a weapon and then weapon swap. It will keep the mana reserved while it's in the inactive weapon, stay reserved when I swap back to it and then finally unreserves when I swap to the weapon without any gems after the second time.

Not exactly sure when this started happening, I think after the 3.22.1b hotfix which patched a bug with Guardian's blessing and Pride (Not in the notes?)

tldr: Every time I go into a new zone I have to cast pride three times before it properly reserves and makes the enemies take increased damage.

Hopefully melee will catch a break in 3.23 :(
