Cloak of flame +%max life implicit reduces life

Tried on two characters and two different armours with +%max life implicits and in all 4 cases, lowered the max life.

A 6% increased maximum life implicit isn't going to have more effect than the life Mastery giving 15% increased maximum life if your body armour has no life modifiers.
