it work's fine without boot's on put them back on n it wont work..really confused since i see other people with the same boot's

Are you attempting this trick?
Maybe check this video out. About 1 minute in he talks about Ralakesh Boots. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CXekl5FQCk8 He also tagged at bottom -incase you or someone ever runs into this problem, but the minor god pantheon Soul of Ralakesh (ironic) disables this interaction completely.
